Our design bureau has created more than 70 projects of large-scale complex development of individual residential houses, modern office centers and social infrastructure faciities – which is more than 1 bln square meters of designed and commissioned space. Some projects were created in cooperation with well-known foreign architects.

The bureau is the author of large-scale complex development projects such as Marfino, Alexeevo, Nakhimovo, Yurlovo, Michurino, Golovino and innovative projects of pre-school education institutions recommended for use in Russian regions based on the results of the contest, 'Kindergartens for Children'. The company has been awarded with the honorary title of Supplier of Goods and Services for the Needs of the Government of Moscow for design of 13 kindergartens in Moscow, and has also won many other awards and prizes.
